The large, private car park leads directly to the farmhouse. A few metres from the footpath near the entrance there is a ex-agricultural annex now used as the reception.

The expansive garden around the main buildings ensures everyone enjoys this area in freedom and reserve, without forsaking the wonderful view of Assisi. Umbrellas, tables, benches and chairs are all available in the fully equipped grounds and under the arcade. Services include a panoramic swimming pool, with sunshades, deck-chairs and beds.
